1st Birthday

The cake smash is a great fun way to celebrate your baby’s first birthday. It’s about celebrating your baby’s first special birthday, milestone and memories made. I capture all of your babies smiles and excitement on camera so you have beautiful photos to treasure.

We start with playtime – singing, playing with bubbles and your baby can take their pick from the masses of stunning organic wooden toys that I have in the studio.

A beautiful bespoke cake is provided for your photoshoot. Some babies are really into the spirit of the cake smash and get stuck in, while others gently prod the icing and delicately nibble. Either way, you’ll love seeing their individual personalities shine through when they’re presented with the yummy birthday cake.

After they have had fun with their birthday cake it’s a soak and a splash in my white kitchen sink. Babies always love this bit and we get some fantastic photos while they splash about and have a whale of a time.
Your photoshoot is about 1 1/2 hour.
